1. Damaged Goods
Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that appears to be damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery.
After verification, we will issue a store credit for the damaged item.
Please note that returns will not be accepted for: Change of mind, Color preference or Minor variations in hand-finished products
As many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations are part of their unique character.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item different from what you originally ordered, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery, quoting your order number and registered name.
Once the incorrectly shipped item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will promptly dispatch the correct product.
