Funeral Kiss and Rotten Cherry sit in the same family and that's where the similarity ends. One is red that's made peace with darkness. The other is sweetness gone wrong. Wear them separately or layer them. Either way you're not playing it safe.

Funeral Kiss

The red that doesn't need permission.

Deep red with brown undertones. Not bright. Not sweet. This is red that's made peace with darkness, the colour of roses left at gravesides, of lipstick reapplied without mirrors, of choosing yourself when no one's watching. One swipe is quiet power. Build it up and it's full presence. Either way it stays.

Rotten Cherry

The cherry that fell from grace.

Not fresh. Not innocent. This is the cherry left to darken, bruised, overripe, dangerously sweet. Deep burgundy-black with midnight plum bleeding through. The colour of crushed fruit and wine-stained lips. One swipe is a bitten fruit stain. Build it up and it's dark juicy drama that isn't cute, it's magnetic.

How they perform

Both are lip stains. One to two swipes, buildable from subtle to full. Four to six hours wear with normal activity. Transfer-resistant, not transfer-proof. Both work on lips and cheeks without drying or cracking mid-wear.

How to use

Prep:
Shake well. Apply to clean, dry lips - skip the balm.

Application:
Swipe on a thin layer. Let it set for 30 seconds.

Build Your Look:

  • One coat = soft stain
  • Two to three coats = bold, dark finish
  • Wait 30 seconds between each layer

Why the wait matters: Rushing = patchy mess. Patience = transfer-proof perfection.

Removal: Micellar water works fine.

Ingredients

We're not fans of 47-ingredient lists full of things you can't pronounce. Here's what's in our lip stain and why it's there:

The Color: Beetroot, hibiscus, cacao, spirulina, and turmeric extracts create that deep, rich pigment. We add iron oxides (mineral-based, food-safe) for staying power.

The Hydration: Aloe vera juice and vegetable glycerin keep your lips from turning into the Sahara. Vitamin E adds conditioning and protection.

The Formula: Xanthan gum (plant-based) gives it that smooth texture. Natural preservatives keeps it fresh without harsh chemicals.

What We Left Out: Parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, animal-derived ingredients, and anything else that doesn't need to be on your lips.
